Shipping Made Simple
At 10XFarms, we aim to make your delivery experience smooth and hassle-free. Shipping charges (including free shipping) are only applicable when clearly mentioned during special offers or promotions.
Before You Place Your Order
To make sure your order reaches you without any delays, please double-check that you’ve entered:
- Your full address with the correct PIN code
- A valid email ID
- An active phone number
Even small errors in these details can lead to delivery issues, so a quick check goes a long way!
Processing Your Order
- If your items are in stock, we’ll pack and dispatch them within 3 working days
- If something needs to be freshly prepared, it may take up to 10 working days to dispatch
Don’t worry, we’ll keep you informed if there are any delays.
When Will Your Order Arrive?
Our delivery partners operate Monday to Saturday, between 9 AM and 7 PM.
Please note that Sundays and public holidays are non-working days.
While we always aim for timely delivery, sometimes delays can happen due to things beyond our control, such as:
- Weather conditions
- Transport or logistics delays
- Strikes or unforeseen disruptions
We appreciate your patience in such situations.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
If you haven’t received tracking details yet, it simply means your order is still being prepared.
